Returns & Reprints
We want you happy with what shows up. Here is exactly how that works, stated plainly, because print-to-order is different from ordering off a shelf.
The short version
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not what you approved, tell us and we will fix it at no cost to you. If you simply changed your mind about a design you already approved, that is harder, because your item was made specifically for you and there is no stock to swap it into.
We will reprint or refund, no argument, if
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The print is misaligned, cracked, faded or otherwise wrong
- You received a different item, colour or size than what you ordered
- The finished product does not match the mockup you approved
Get in touch within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and your order number. A photo settles it quickly and means we can chase the production issue at our end too.
Where we cannot help
- A design you approved and later changed your mind about. This is why we mock everything up first and why revisions are free. Take your time at that stage.
- Ordering the wrong size. Check the size guide before you order. If you are outfitting staff, ask us for a sizing sample first.
- Normal wear. Print is durable but not immortal. Follow the care instructions on the product page and it will hold up.
How to report a problem
- Email us with your order number
- Attach a photo of the item and the issue
- Tell us whether you would prefer a reprint or a refund
We aim to reply within one business day.
Bulk and staff orders
If a problem affects a whole run rather than one piece, tell us straight away and do not distribute the rest. We will sort the full batch rather than piece by piece.
Avoiding the problem entirely
Two things prevent almost every return we see. Look carefully at your mockup before approving, and order a sample first if you are about to commit to a large staff order. Both are free, and both are why the Starter package exists.
