Size Guide
Every product page on this site carries its own size chart with real measurements in inches and centimetres, because sizing differs between garments — a boxy drop shoulder tee and a fitted polo do not run the same even in the same nominal size. Always check the chart on the specific product you are ordering rather than assuming a size carries across. This page explains how to read those charts, how to measure accurately, and how to size a whole team without guessing. If you need a size range confirmed before ordering, ask us.
Where the real numbers are
Open the product you are interested in and scroll to the size chart in the description. Each one lists the actual garment measurements for that specific item. We publish the supplier’s measurements rather than a generic chart, so what you see is what you get.
The most reliable way to size
Do not start from what size you usually wear. Start from a garment you already own and like the fit of.
- Lay it flat on a table and smooth it out
- Chest — measure straight across from armpit to armpit, then double it
- Length — measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem
- Shoulder — measure across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
- Compare those numbers to the chart on the product page
This takes two minutes and is far more accurate than guessing from a label.
Fit notes
- Boxy, oversized and drop shoulder cuts are designed to sit wide and short. If you want a standard fit, you may want to size down.
- Fitted and performance garments sit closer to the body.
- Washed fabrics — snow washed, enzyme washed, vintage washed — have a softer, lived-in hand. Minor variation between pieces is normal in washed production.
- Between two sizes? On heavyweight and boxy styles, most people are happier sizing down. On fitted styles, size up.
Sizing a whole team
Two rules save most of the trouble:
Order a sample first. That is what the $99 Starter package is for — one or two pieces in hand so you can see the fit before committing the whole team. Far cheaper than reprinting thirty shirts.
Collect sizes from people, do not assume. Send a short list around asking what size they wear in a normal t-shirt, then adjust against the chart for the garment you have chosen.
Ordering extended sizes
Size availability varies by garment — not every style runs the full range. The product page lists exactly which sizes are available for that item. If you need a specific size for a specific person, ask us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.
