Everything here is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which is why you carry no inventory and no upfront stock cost.

How it works

When an order is placed, production starts. Once the item is printed and checked, it ships. There is no shelf to pull from, so the timeline is production plus transit rather than transit alone.

Three ways we can deliver

Everything to you

The whole order arrives in one shipment at your business address. Best for staff uniforms and event merch where you are handing items out yourself.

Individually to your staff

Send us a list of names, sizes and addresses and each person gets their own package. Best for remote teams, multi-location businesses, or onboarding gifts for new hires.

Direct to your customers

If you have a branded collection page with us, every customer order is produced and shipped straight to that customer. You never touch a box. How that works.

Turnaround

Mockups are usually back to you the same or next business day.

Production time depends on the item and the quantity. Apparel, drinkware and printed goods all move at different speeds, and a fifteen-piece order and a hundred-and-fifty-piece order are not the same job.

You get a real delivery date with your quote. We would rather give you an honest date you can plan an event around than a fast-sounding one we might miss.

Working to a deadline?

Tell us the date when you request your quote. If it is tight we will say so immediately rather than let you find out late, and we will tell you which items can still make it.

Where we ship

Anywhere in the United States. If you need something shipped outside the US, ask and we will look into it for your specific order.

Tracking

You receive tracking by email when your order ships. If you have ordered a branded collection page, your customers receive their own tracking automatically.
